They have always been here within a day when I have called for repairs. They have been able to correctly identify the problem and get it fixed. Their prices are also reasonable.

He complained that the hole wasn't dug out enough. He used a bucket of hydraulic cement the bill said, and dug out service line. My son-in -law already did that. He said it was temporarily fixed and we could use it. I paid him, they left saying we could use the water drains now until they could do a permanent fix. I took a short shower and the line broke worst and the hole filled up with water and drained back into my basement and messed up my furnace. I had my son in law dig the ditch five more feet out and called them back like they told me to do. The man said he couldn't get to it until sometime next week and wouldn't even make me an appointment. Then he told me the price would be 135 an hour! I already paid 135 for the work that didn't hold. The other man told me it was 95 dollars and hour after hours. I told this new man it was an emergency. We couldn't even use our toilet. He said call back Monday. I don't think so!

We have used them for years for routine maintenance and emergencies and will continue to do so.

We called the company for a service call as usual and was given an appointment time three days later. The service rep was very professional arriving right on time. He was very polite completed the necessary work without delay. He then reviewed in detail the work completed insuring satisfaction prior to leaving our home.

Well done overall.Ron Z. was very helpful and laid out a great system, dual fuel, oil funace and heat pump. Saved more than 50% on oil usage, mild winter combined with Heat Pump.
The guys were prompt and worked fast. I did have some clean up to do of stuff they left and I did find a mistake they missed and when I called they were right back to take care of it. I will use them for all and quot;tune upsand quot; and repairs from now on.

They do excellent work and they are good people. They know what they're doing and they are reliable. And the price is good; $3800 for the unit is really good. When they came out they did a lot of extra work that wasn't included in the price.

Made call to inquire about service availability. Told next morning I would have someone. Turns out I am called less than 2 hours later with repairman, Jerry, available. He was here within 30 minutes! Yippee. Diagnosed prob and called water heater comp to order part. Part arrived next day. Yippee times two!. Called Johnson's and they sent out a gent name Tim within a few hours. Tim had everything done and running within minutes, it seemed. Both employees were knowledgeable and professional. We are so impressed! I am telling everyone in our neighborhood that I have found a wonderful plumbing company
