I have been a loyal customer of this business for over 8 years since I moved to the area. Always had to watch them as they hire just about anyone who can show up for work and then turn them loose on your $30,000 car.
I have had lug nuts left loose after a tire rotation, bolts left out of skid plates after an oil change, oil leaking onto my drive way after a service, air filter chamber left open allowing dirt to flow directly into my engine until I caught it, windshield washer hose brackets busted from slamming the hood too hard and more recently, today, screamed at by two subordinate employees who didn't like me asking questions when I noticed that they were once again causing more harm than good to my auto.
Rude, crude and having absolutely no idea what they are doing; unless Allen, the apparent owner of the franchise is there, you are just playing Russian roulette with your car. I have always given them benefit of doubt and I know that it would cost more to schedule and have my vehicle serviced by a dealer, but I will never go back to this reckless and haphazard bunch of hooligans.
Very disappointed and disgusted.
