He just did excellent work in refinishing the floors.

Not on time, we had to wait. If finish had been applied per directions would have been a good job.

Excellent work. But it took awhile to get an appointment. I think John is in such demand (probably because he does very good work) that it is a little frustrating. The carpet was removed and taken away, and the refinishing project went very well. Clean, neat and professional work.
