Our Ford F350 dually truck broke down about 10 miles from Beckley on I-77 late on a Sunday evening. We are from Ohio and had no idea where to have the truck towed to. A great tow truck company recommended Bob's Truck and Care Repairs. We had them drop the truck into Bob's parking lot that night.
Monday morning we were at the shop when they opened their doors (I think it was 8am). I explained what I thought was the problem, including how I was sure I was going to need a new alternator. They had a very busy schedule, but promised they would take a look at it and get me back on the road as soon as they could.
Before 11am, they had the truck fixed. They ran tests on the truck and found that it didn't need a new alternator. It only needed the Voltage Regulator fixed. Instead of taking advantage of my lack of knowledge and selling me parts I didn't need, they made the simple repair and then even charged my batteries while they were doing it. I was so thrilled that the bill was only $102 and not the $350 plus that I was expecting.
The 3 employees that I met were all friendly, cheerful, and helpful. If we lived in that near Beckley, WV, instead of living in Ohio, I would be getting all of my service at Bob's Truck and Auto Repairs. We are thankful they good care of us.
