Metric Pest Control

Initially had them out because we discovered termites. They are local and knew someone in their family. They did the termite treatment but in the process threw thing that had been neatly stored in the crawl spaces all over the place and did not bother to put the stuff back. The hole drilled in the concrete porch were shoddily filled and not smoothed out. It has been 3 years and I am still finding small plastic bottle in flower beds that were used in the treatment. I referred them to my mother who is in her 60's. They treated her home and convinced her to put more insulation in her attic. Again the belonging neatly stored in her attic were thrown around and the insulation was basically just rolled out with large gaps. It took 2-3 times to get them to come out and finally get it right all the while my mother had to keep crawling into the attic to make sure it was done correctly. I had signed up when the termite treatment was done for pest control spraying every other month as did my mother, again this was before the messes were noticed. At first service was good. Then they started slipping. They would spray out side and not spray inside and leave an invoice in the door even when someone was home. I live in a large house and have in fans in windows(central air is on the fritz) we schedule them to come out because we were having ants in the house both times they stated they knocked on the door but did not bother to call so they left. Call the company and he expected us to me sitting up and waiting for them to come and said they do not call when the have a scheduled appointment. Funny thing is when my German Shepard was alive the called before they got out of the van. They do the job but they are messy and far from what I consider professional. I have called Terminix will get the same service for almost $200 dollars less a year.
