They didn't do the plumbing work right and I will never ever have him again an I would like to have a word with the owner and see he has got to see. They had to come back and work for an hour. They were alright on punctuality. And I will not use them in the future.

I discovered a small leak under my house where the water service comes into the house.  Luckily I discovered it very early in the leak.  After calling several plumbers, including my regular plumber, RotoRooter was the only one who responded that they could be there on Monday morning.  However, the dispatcher said they'd work me in the same day if possible.  Within the next two hours, they called and arrived.  This was a small leak that would have become worse.

Provider was called on Monday 3/23/15 and scheduled to come out 03/24/15.  when making the appointment I explained I thought either the vent pipes were blocked or the clean out drain need to be looked at.  I was not home, my husband was, the individual in charge explained he wouldn't get on the roof to look at the vent pipes and he was going to dig up the septic line he couldn't use the clean out drains.  I got on the phone and told him absolutely NOT we just had a new drain installed last year for that specific purpose to the tune of $800, he would use the two clean out drains.  He finally complied but not graciously and absolutely refused to look at the vents.  Long story short - he used the clean out drain we already had  - it took about 15 minutes!  I was severely unhappy with his attitude as well as the cost.  I understand plumbers make a very good salary, as they should considering the expertise needed but seriously $238.00 for 15 minutes?  that seems a bit excessive but then again I haven't had to use a plumber for a while.  I will not be using them again.

The initial call was wonderful, excellent customer service start to finish. The technician was prompt and friendly. He was able to clear the kitchen drain with no problem. However, the basement floor drain had collapsed so they didn't charge me since he couldn't get it open. He explained our options well and gave me a rough estimate on the pricing. They are very nice and very honest people, I've used them for several years for this reason.

I called Roto -Rooter at 11 am today & by about 2 pm the same day the servicemen were at my door & ready to work.  After 3 attempts using the heavy-duty drain snake & then repeatedly checking its progress --the determined mechanics  finally cleared the stubborn kitchen drain so it ran clog-free. They finished the task in about an hour's time.   The service men were very courteous & considerate not to leave a mess.
I have used this same company now 3 times since 2007 & would call them again when needed.  I would  recommend them to neighbors & friends.

They also told us what was wrong with the commode without charging additionally. The lady at the office was extremely nice to work with as well as the gentleman I spoke with who came to do the work. The appointment was scheduled very fast and with my convenience in mind.

I have never in my life called a plumber for a clogged drain! I've always gotten them unclogged on my own. I would start with baking soda and vinegar. If that didn't work, I would take the pipes under the sink off to see if anything was trapped. If that didn't work, I would then progress to the over the counter drain openers. My son and I actually used a small and quot;snakeand quot; but the darn thing was still stopped up. I had to admit that I had met my match. I called Rotor Rooter. I knew they were just a few minutes from my house. In less than an hour, they were knocking on my door. It took a much bigger and quot;snakeand quot; to unclog it and he had to run it for some time. I am very happy with the results and would not hesitate to call them again,

It was great. We called and they were at the house in 20 minutes. They just worked through and took care of the problem right away.

They are excellent. They truly want to fix the problem. We have had other companies come and they don't have the same desire to fix the problem and Roto-Rooter does. They are just excellent. I will use them again.

Everytime it rained water would pour under the garage door turning my garage into a lake. Two men from Roto-Rooter came the same day I called and worked on my drain. They said the problem was tree roots blocking the drain. They fixed the problem, said it was guaranteed for three months. We have had some heavy rainstorms since and no water has leaked into my garage so the problem is fixed and I am happy.

It took them a while to find the problem and they charged me for some things. I had water in my basement because I live on a hill. He called another guy and they find the final problem.

When I called the person who answered was friendly and very professional - she took all my information and was able to dispatch someone the same day to complete the work. They showed up when they said they would, took a few minutes to ask questions and look over the problem then provided an accurate quote on the spot. Upon agreement of price he quickly fixed the problem., charged exactly what he said before hand and guaranteed the work for 3 months after completion of services. I was very please with the service provided.
