they came and worked for a good hour yet charged us for 2 hours. then we noticed the toilet was still leaking so we called them back and this time they fixed it yet they charged us again for the same work they didn't do the first time. do not hire these people, they are the most corrupt plumbers we have ever encountered. they are not to be trusted. my brother and I are disabled veterans and they tried to take advantage of us. . also, less than a year later it started to leak again yet they refused to honor their warranty.

I called for an estimate and he was here the next day. They were a little slow to start work but the work was done and the men were friendly and knew what they were doing. The final bill came in under the estimated amount.

Shorty and his guys will get to you quickly especially if it is an emergency. They always give an honest estimate, fix the problem,  and back their work. If you purchase an item from them (faucet) they will provide a warrantee for it. They also have a very helpful office assistant on the phone during the work week & they will return phone calls after hours. We will not use any other plumbing company!

They kept their appointment as scheduled and showed up on time.  They fixed the problem in a timely manner and did a good job.  I'd use their services again.

I called this morning saying that my water heater was leaking and had been for a couple of weeks.  It was 8 years old. "Tom" asked if I would be home this afternoon and I said yes. Two men came out from P. Johnson prepared to replace the heater this afternoon and were done by 2. They were efficient, cleaned up after themselves and hauled away the old heater.

I also live out several miles from town and my place can be hard to find but they got here with no problem.

Price was pretty reasonable. Their were 2 guys that came to my house they were very efficient and very professional. I would definitley recommend them to friends and family.

I was not really pleased with Phillip S Johnson Co. They came out to clean the drains and unplugged it, then it stopped back up the next day. I had to pay them to come back out the next day and they told me I had a problem with the sewer line. They put a camera down the line and found that the line was corroded and needed to be replaced. I hired someone else to do the work.

The plumbing part of the job went fine. The people they sent for plumbing was excellent, they did a good job in a timely fashion, however they have to cut out a hole on one floor, they cut it on the living room because the pipe went down to the wall that way from a place on the ceiling all the way down to the floor and on the drywall portion, I wasn't happy with it at all. The plumbing was just wonderful, I would really hope that he'd fine someone else to contract out for the drywall because it has to be done. Overall it was a good experience. They were reasonable and from what I heard from others, I thought that was a good price. There was some miscommunication in the beginning but that could be because I think they talked to my mother and she has dementia so it was probably wasn't their fault. They were right on time and they did get it worked out. It's just that one element of the drywall man, other than that I thought they were wonderful. I have to make sure they get somebody else to drywall, I will just have to follow-up.

My experience with them wasn't that great. They did it, but I don't think I got charged for it because there wasn't really anything to do. I'm sure they billed me for something and it was probably like $100. Needless to say I didn't call them back because they seemed to be inexperienced. They put duct-tape on a ventilation line above the ceiling, but they started to order me a new water heater. I would've gotten a new water heater, they would've put it in, and it would've had the same problem because it wasn't a problem with the tankless water heater but the way it was venting. I would've been $5,000 in the hole on a new water heater. It was just kind of a bad experience, so I don't call them back anymore. It wasn't the price that turned me away from them but the fact that I had to tell them what to do. Their diagnosis of my water heater was just it's busted. What they told me was wrong and then they started to order me a new one. I had to tell them to call the tech support line. The tech support wouldn't talk to me and said they would only talk to a certified plumber, so I let them talk to them and they were able to walk those guys through on how to fix it within five minutes. Had I not have been there and one of my employees were there who I told to call a plumber and they called those guys we would've ended up with a $5,000 water heater and still the same problem. They showed up promptly and were there in like no time which was cool. They were responsive and the're right there if you call them. They come immediately. Whatever they charged me for the price wasn't anything that I was upset about. They wrapped duct-tape around the ventilation line and I've had to be up there and mess with it. I actually had to call another plumber the other day to fix it.

It was fine. They came when they said they would and did what we asked them to do.

We placed the call and scheduled the appointment. The tech arrived on time, performed the required service, delivered an accurate bill, cleaned up his mess and left. Exactly what one would expect from a service company.

Repair went well though complicated by tight space in wall and beneath bathroom cabinet. The technicians arrived when they said they would and made sure all was working correctly before leaving.

They do home and business plumbing services. The guy was expeditious and professional. His services and charges were reasonable.

The experience of using Phillip S. Johnson Plumbing was extremey positive. I bid this job out to three plumbing contractors. Not only was PSJ competitively priced, but the knowledge that Shorty demonstrated was so superior to the other company representitives that I had to choose PSJ. They worked hard and efficiently from the start with the laborers throughout the project with the master plumbers. They were always going beyond the minimum to make sure the project was a success. A special thank you to Shorty and Jason for making my project a success and helping to make my family safe and comfortable in their new home.
