No one has ever returned my call. Therefore, I am now working with an independent dealer for my carpet. I really hated that Home Depots employee spent all that time with me because she was really helpful.

Their selection is not as broad. They have a small store. I have a difficult time finding staff to help me while I'm there. So, my overall experience with them has been good and not excellent.
