 + -1 moreNo one has ever returned my call. Therefore, I am now working with an independent dealer for my carpet. I really hated that Home Depots employee spent all that time with me because she was really helpful.
Description of Work: This business does NOT answer the phone. I was looking to purchase carpet and tile. I had spent time with one of the nicest and most knowledgeable employees and she was helping get everything together. I had a few questions regarding the financing and called numerous times at different times of the day,no answer. When I finally did get an answer and asked to speak to the manager regarding the phone problem. The first thing the employee told me was i was calling the wrong number. The number in the current phone book and the contact number online are different. He told me they didn't answer that number.

 + -1 moreTheir selection is not as broad. They have a small store. I have a difficult time finding staff to help me while I'm there. So, my overall experience with them has been good and not excellent.
