I have a Kia and have been locked into a service warranty for several years. Recently I found freedom and returned to Firestone. They always treat me well. They are a little pricey , but they have a regular sales newsletter and many coupons that can be taken advantage .
They always explain exactly what I need and my options . They usually give be a pretty good estimate of charges. The nice thing about the Firestone in Barboursville is that I can go across the street to the mall while waiting for my car work to be completed. No one likes sitting around a garage waiting on a vehicle!
I feel like my car is really fixed when I leave the garage. I know that sounds strange but not every garage I've used has given me that feeling. If you ever left a garage with the same problem you came in with, you know what I mean!
They are friendly here, they are courteous, , they are professional, and they get the job done,
