Service man arrived at specified time and performed the task quickly and efficiently.  I used this company several times in the past and the only reason I would be hesitant to use this provider again is because the owner, Mr. Cook, died not too long ago and the company is under new management.  Things were a little confused when I last called for service.
The date I provided is only a guesstimate.  I don't remember the exact date of service, but this program requires submitting a month and day so I made a stab at it!

Our home is very rural and hard to find.  The first appointment was a bit delayed because of this but the 2 men stayed in phone touch.  Cook's office kept me informed on the second appointment. as to when I could expect the men to arrive.  The plumber seemed to know his job and worked quickly.  He let me know exactly what needed to be done.

No problems with the work they did, and I really appreciated them coming out over a long holiday weekend.

Contacted Cook's Plumbing after finding their company on Angie's List to repair a busted water line. We had already dug the hole where the water was leaking from the line. All we needed the worker to do was repair that part of the line. He came on time, but was unprepared with the wrong materials. He stated that he had asked us what type of pipe we had and we had told him it was copper. We never spoke with anyone about what type of pipe we had, and we both are aware that we do not have copper piping. So after 4.5 hours of sitting in the driveway he took 15 minutes to halfway fix the leaking line. They charged us 22.00 in parts, 317.50 in labor then 2 weeks later the leak started again in the same exact place he had fixed. We called to have them come and fix what they had previously worked on because we assumed it was guaranteed work. When they came back they stated we just needed to replace the entire water line and never fixed the leak from the first time. We were very unhappy with our experience and would not recommend anyone contact this company for any work to be done.

I was happy with the work that Cook's employees did.  They came at the arranged time, completed the work in about two and a half hours, cleaned up the debris and left.  I definitely will call them again when I need plumbing work done.

Cooks came in with three men. The problem was with a very small powder room sink. After checking the problem, we decided this was the most effective and inexpensive way to go. Now & can use the sink after 3 mons. of no use!

They were recommended by a friend and we trusted that.  They worked like solid for almost two weeks and cleaned up before they left.  On comparing their price with another service, their price was two-thirds of the other one, so they were considerably cheaper.  The quality of their work was good as everything is working.  They were very punctual.  They were very professional as they talked to me about what they were doing and explained what was happening.  I pretty much trusted them.  I would use them again in the future.

They showed up on time when they were supposed to, did their job, and left.

When I decided to call a plumber, I did research, and got price quotes first from several other local companies. It was amazing how much some people wanted to come out and perform a simple repair! Cook's Plumbing quoted me a very fair price for the service. They showed up on time, were very polite, and professional, and had a positive attitude, even though it was a rather unpleasant job they had to do. They answered all the questions I had about what to do in case of future problems, and how to possibly prevent them. They only charged me for the time that they were actually at my home. Some companies start billing you as soon as their technicians leave the office. They were even flexible on payments, given the current state of the economy, it was nice that they didn't require the full payment up front. I was very pleased with the service provided from Cook's Plumbing.
