Eye Care - Optometry
1.0 star rating9/10/2017 I was happy with their service in the past but my last experience was HORRIBLE. I had an exam and picked out frames and shelled out over $1000 and went on my way expecting the frames to come in and everything turns out fine. Nope. To make a long (6 months) story short they put the wrong prescription in the frames TWICE, they came back scratched, and they ordered lenses that did not fit my frames. Oh, and if they tell you they will call you back it is never going to happen. On two occasions they notified me that my glasses were ready but they weren't. I must have gone back 6 or 8 times and left a dozen unreturned messages. I even left three unreturned messages for Dr Leoni! Luckily a very kind person named Ayesha took pity on me and has helped me get through this mess. They offered me $50 on my account but do they really think I'm dumb enough to use their services again? I think the staff they had before retired and they are experiencing a new business model: ONCE THEY HAVE YOUR MONEY YOU ARE SOL!
