Culver Design Build also specializes in damage repair from storms, fire, flooding or tornadoes, and will work with your insurance adjuster. We can repair foundations, adjoin new additions to older structures, and even match the construction and materials from historic or antique construction, so that your home addition will have a feel of continuity within. We have access to unique and exceptional suppliers for tile, marble and granite counters, and fixtures in order to make your kitchen, or bathroom, or addition a unique and beautiful place. We also specialize in second and third story additions, in which the roof is removed and an additional floor is added, offering the possibility of master suites, studios, and offices to homes that need some extra living space. People often like the pleasure and privacy of master bedroom suites and this is another area where Culver Design Build excels. Other frequent expansion projects are for nurseries and in-law suites.
