Bauer Residential Construction, LLC

This was a major project that required moving to the walkout basement for several months.  The design was done by our interior designer, Carol, who recommended Joe Bauer.  The custom cherry doors, trim, and cabinets are gorgeous, but several weeks late in delivery which effected Joe’s schedule.  We were so pleased with Joe’s work, that we gave him additional tasks to fill the gap, including garage door, painting, attic re-insulation, and porch.    Joe translated Carol’s design into a working plan and coordinated the subs.  He is a true craftsman and fun to have around. He was very precise about the smallest aspects of the job, and if he had any questions on how we wanted something, we were consulted. This was a big project and the quality of the work is top notch. The finished project is extraordinary … we highly recommend Joe.
