Excavation
Richardson Septic returned a statement that a septic field was possible and that they would send specific details in a follow on document. They accepted payment for this service. No documentation was ever provided despite numerous calls from the loan agent. All calls go unanswered.
A follow up inspection of the property showed no actual holes were dug to determine a septic site. To our knowledge Richardson accepted the money without ever providing the service.
