The water problem was fixed and we appreciate that. In my opinion, they charged 2.5 times more than their original estimate and then was unable/unwilling to provide us with a detailed statement, would not tell us how much any of the materials cost, how much he charged per hour or even how many hours the job took. Many of the materials in the water removal system are not new. The cover is an ugly concrete septic tank cover. When i complained that it was ugly i was told to put a plant on it. While the system works (now anyway) he made no effort to have it look presentable in my otherwise nice yard. It is an eyesore. The landscaping was shoddy and was only partially done. They did not level the area nor roll it although we had asked specifically for that as we use reel mowers. He also left many rocks in the grass which wreak havoc with our lawn mower blades. The worst part was his lack of professionalism . We tried on several occasions to communicate with him regarding our concerns. He was rude and told us to leave him alone. He said he was too busy to deal with me and never to call him again...even if our system failed. To me that means that he will not stand behind his very pricey system. Nor has he stood behind any of his other work.  I would not hire them again and would certainly not recommend them to anyone else. If anyone is considering hiring them they need to come and look at our job first. NOT "quality" by any stretch of the imagination.
