I had a shower faucet cartridge that was damaged. I called Howard Brothers and they had me come in and try to find the right part, well before they officially "opened". The staff helped me identify the proper part, but they did not have it in stock. They called one of the other plumbing supply shops in town (one of their competitors!) and found out they had it in stock. I was very impressed with the quality of the service provided by Howard Brothers and highly recommend them.

- Faucet hose had a leak. The faucet and hose 15 years old and the a replacement hose would not work because of the fittings. Howard Bros. They found me the replacement at a good price. Once the faucet arrived, the plumber was out the next day to install it.
