The fee that I paid for the fall tune up, includes any additonal calls for service for the year, this is great as my furnace is old and they are working with me to make it work until I can afford a new one. Very helpufl and responsive

The original start date was postponed by Tri-City, which was a serious issue for our building project although they had our payment well in advance. Products Were what we purchased, and all were installed by professional's whom kept their appointments, worked well with the builders and all work passed inspection with no poblem, the master slave was not connected properly the first try but until we were in the home, we were not aware, and through the professionalism and due diligence of the employee the problem was quickly resolved without any problem. The project overall was wonderful, however, the owner did not complete the project as was explained it would be, in that he failed to provide the antifreeze (Glycol) in the fill of the hydronic system, and would not do so when called upon to do so repeatedly. His employees were wonderful, but you have to make sure your contract will spell out every last detail to assure the project is completed with all components explained as part of the system to make sure you end up with all that you paid for.
