Well I got there on time and I told them I was their with my car. They got me in about 10 minutes after my appointment time. They do a 27 point check every time you bring it in and it takes them over an hour to do an oil change and tire rotation and the 27 point check . I feel that they wouldn't have to do the 27 point check every time your oil needs changing but they do the 27 point check every time. I do think they do check your car over good. If your looking for a quick oil change this is not the place. They have a nice waiting room with free coffee and water. They are competitive on there prices and have a coupon book that has 4 oil change coupons with tire rotations in it for 79.95. Its ok for me to wait for my oil change because Im retired.
