Radtke/Schulz Construction LLC

We worked with Todd Radtke for the entire project. From the instant we met him he was always professional and honest. This was a fairly large project and we wanted it to be done before the start of summer since it is a lake house and we have many guests who visit in the summer. They broke ground for the addition in late March and finished the majority of the work by the end of May. It seemed that Radtke/Schulz has a good working relationship with all of the subcontractors used (HVAC/plumbing, Electrical, excavation, etc.) so the project remained on schedule the entire time. Also they were very flexible since we wanted to have our cabinets built on our own - and they just told us when they needed them to fit the installation into the schedule. Todd was also great at communicating the status with us throughout the project - even sending us pictures as they went along (we were still living in Illinois at the time). This made us much more comfortable during the project We have now been living in the house again for over a month and could not be more pleased with the result of the addition/remodel. Radtke/Schulz did excellent work and we would be happy to be a reference and/or show the results to anyone.
