I believe I was overcharged.

It was timely, also professional. They worked around my schedule and did it all in one day. They were neat and clean, I can't complain about anything. The work was done under a old warranty that I had, it was from a different company.

They were very good. I did have some slight issues. It was one of those things where I was not as overwhelmed. They had to come back several times to do things. My sink faucets are the pull out type and are supposed to drop all the way down. But there was something in the way. The plumbing was in the way. They put it all in. So the faucets shouldn't have been hitting the pipes. So just little things, nothing major.

Plumber showed up on time and was friendly. Had plumber increase waste pipe size to 2" and while they were here, had them replace two shower cartridges. Best service in town.

Plumber called and came 15 minutes early and started work right away. Also, needed them to replace the pressure valve on the water heater (not reason for original service call). Was pleasantly surprised that they had the extra part on the truck. Was pleased with the overall quality of the work preformed.

We were very pleased with the work done. The new tank was up and running within 90 minutes of the plumber's arrival.

It would take way too long to look up all the work dates.

Owner Kevin and his 2 employees were on the job at time expected. They protected flooring and walls from possible waste. All discarded pipe was removed new pipe installed and entire area cleaned up by end of job day. All were very professional courteous and did a great job.

They did a really good job and I was very pleased with them. I have a big dog and I thought it would be an issue, but it wasn't.

Proffessional Service all the way, kept appointments, schedule's, meeting our completion timelines smoothly and passing all inspections with above average committment to providing quality service. They may quote higher costs, however their service is absolutely outstanding! They are honest as well. When they completed our well, they had quoted for upto 50' and when the well was only 39' they refunded for the extra 11' they had quoted. How many contractors send you back a check? I wish we had done the original plumbing contract for the entire project with them. I will continue to reccommend them to anyone whom asks about plumbing or well or pump work.
