Went very well was taken care of in one day.

I noticed a tree in my yard had a very large vertical crack down the center and, if it actually came down, it would hit both my home and the neighbors. I called Doug on a Wednesday morning, he was out there that same afternoon to provide an estimate. Based on other estimates, I felt his price was very reasonable and he was able to come out three days later to take it down. They did an excellent job in taking the tree down. I live in clay country and with all the rain we had, I was a bit nervous about the tracks in the yard, but you would have never known they drove across the lawn to get to the tree. A few days later the stump was ground and removed they next crew was back that same day to clean-up and fill the hole in. I would highly recommend Doug and his crew. They did a great job.

I had a tree that fell onto my driveway during a storm at midnight. I called Northern Tree Service at 6 AM and left a message. They came within 30 minutes and looked it over and said it would be cleaned up by the end of the day. I was gone all day and when I returned home late that night the tree was gone and cleaned up nice. I could not ask for better service. Thank You!

I liked the company. They did a good job. I would use them again.

They returned my first call for an estimate the next morning and then came out. Price was right and we agreed to have the job done the next week. On the weekend I called and informed the tree service that there would be a schedule conflict if he came later than Tuesday and they called back on Sunday and said they would do the job on Monday. Job was well done with no problems.

Shane, our contact bid this out as a side job, giving us a cheaper rate. Three men showed up on time but Shane was 1/2 hour late. Northern Tree Service and the three men did a good job, the trees were cut down in a few hours. Shane who we found out was late due to being hungover from the night before, started to cut the pieces down to size but wound up throwing up in our back yard and had to go to the hospital. He stated he would be back which he did, and only spent about 2 hours cutting. That was the last we saw of him. He mentioned at least 3 times he would return to finish the job, but has never returned. We did pay Northern Tree Service the $500 as the men that were here did a good job and deserved it, but we still feel that he should follow up on his word and finish the job. We have called multiple times and have gotten excuse after excuse and the last call ended in him hanging up on us. We will be finishing the job ourselves, with the help of some friends this weekend.
