friendly staff and a caring Doctor---have used the Rome clinic for basic shots but any major problems or surgerys are done in the Vesper location--Doctor Dan(and associates) are caring, thorough but seem a bit rushed--there are always 'patients' waiting
Prices are very reasonable, lower cost alternatives are offered---a good country vet service!!

They have terrific staff there, they are all so nice. They just give me a sense of relief that my dog is going to be taken care of. They treat me as part of a family, and all the things that they said really eased my mind, I was really worried about my dog. They also gave my dog a complimentary nail trim, it's not a big thing, but it was great, otherwise I would have had to pay $8. They explained everything about the surgery, about side effects, and about everything. Their price was excellent, my daughter actually works for a veterinarian in Milwaukee, and they were going to charge us $245 to get our dog neutered, and we would have to take our dog there and board him there. That was ridiculous, but here we only paid $89. They are very professional, and the clinic is new and very, very clean.

They are very cost effective, and that is really important right now. They are good. They do a good job with your pet.
