The service tech explained everything he did and told me if we got water under the furnace again to call them as he wasn't sure if he could get it to stop leaking. I did call them a couple days later and they came back out and were able to get it to stop leaking again for a couple days and I wasn't charged for the 2nd call back. When it started leaking again I called and spoke with Todd. He explained the next step was and explained my choice to me so I can make a decision to either try to fix my current furnace (15+ years old) or replace it.

Excellent service. Friendly technician not only helpful but explained what he was doing and why. Diagnosed and repaired quickly. Control board  was in stock at their office

The experience so far has been awesome. They came out after hours when our air conditioner went out on the 2nd hottest day of the year and got it up and running. They came around 10 pm and were here until 11 pm. They went out of their way to help us and set up the correct unit for our needs. We have gotten our furnace, air conditioner and April air unit through them. They set us up with what was necessary for the house and nothing more so we didn't have to spend extra money. We will definitely continue to use them.

We have the same person come out regularly and maintain it.  He put in our furnace.  It is a good company and they come out quickly.  If there is a problem they come out right away and they are always fair on the price.
