PAMPERED PAWS PET RESORT

This did not go very well at all. I gave specific instructions not to allow my dog near other dogs. He can be aggressive at times and I don't want to be responsible for someone's pet getting hurt. When I returned to pick him up, the girl at the front told me that "even though they weren't supposed to put him around other dogs, he is doing just fine with the others." - FIRST MISTAKE. Then, his haircut was atrocious. He had jagged edges on his underside and his hair was left long in some parts - SECOND MISTAKE. I stopped by my vets office to speak to their groomer, and they took one look at him and said I should ask for my money back. (BTW, I would have taken him to the vets office originally, but they were booked very far out - apparently this means they are good.) 
Well the final mistake was when I went back a few minutes later to tell them I was displeased. The owner appeared and defended her groomer for putting my dog with others and for the poor haircut. I showed them what was wrong with the haircut and they couldn't deny that it was not a good grooming job. However, everyone was pretty rude to me and no one seemed to know how to work the computer system to give me a refund. I had to call back a few days later when the person who knew how to do returns was back from her time off.
Very unprofessional and the place is dirty inside. I will never be going back.
