There were pictures of everything that our inspector commented on in his inspection report. These were really helpful, so we had a visual to see exactly what he thought should be fixed.

Josh was extremely accommodating to a few different last minute schedule changes; was professional and personable; and explained to us what he was looking for, seeing, and what that meant for my wife and I during the home inspection. I would recommend Josh and Vertical Inspections to anyone and will be contacting them when we decide to do radon testing, which we did not request for this inspection.
