This is the second time we have hired John Dickson for work. The work he has competed has been fine. The quality of work is good. He is responsive in talking to us with the options in what we can have done as well as any alternatives.

I have used them for 12 years. They do excellent work. They do what they say. They are prompt. They are on time. I would use them again in the future.

John is wonderful. He paid so many visits to my home to try to save the old dinosaur boiler we had. He would even come out the same day I called him to be sure we had heat. He was at my home one evening until 7:00! The poor boiler couldn't be saved and needed to be replaced. When he did replace the boiler, he only charged us for the parts that stayed with the new boiler, not for any of the parts he replaced on the old while trying to fix it. He was polite, explained everything he was doing and why, and he left my basement cleaner then when he came in! John has all of our future business and I feel confident referring him to friends and family. I will never use another plumber.
