Joe was on time, courteous, fast and did a great job.

I needed four "coach house" style overhead doors installed. I contacted three companies. One was a company that advertises on the radio all the time. I called and talked to the owner. I called them on Monday. They did not get back to me until Friday to make an appointment. The man said he had just gotten the lead that morning from the owner. The second company had an answering machine. I said I need four doors installed. They never called me back. The third was Dan's Door Service. He said he had an appointment in the morning and one in the afternoon. He asked if he could come in between. I said yes and he did. Very professional. We discussed the doors I wanted and he said he would get me a price. I had done dome previous price shopping. He had a price for me later that day. The prices were very good. When they received the special order doors, three men showed up to install them. They did an excellent job! All of the men were very professional and courteous. Middle of winter, 8am my garage door will not open. I called Dan's Door service and my door was working by 12. The service tech Jamie was very professional and courteous. It is also a wonderful experience when you are not charge an arm and a leg to get something done on such a short notice when the temperature outside is below zero. The installer was on time and did a very thorough Job at installing two garage doors and openers. They also disposed of our old doors and was very good at cleaning up after himself and you would have never known someone was here. Dan's Door Service was also very competitive in price.
