Flooring
Tom was great. He went above and beyond what was expected. He arrived on time, did what he said he'd do, plus more. The first day he sanded. I was really surprised at how little dust was generated. He had great equipment that prevented all that dust. The next day, he finished sanding, and then repaired and replaced some damaged boards. He took the time to pull out a small section in a corner that the prior owners had covered up with plywood (!) and realized that it was a functioning cold air return! He replaced that plywood with maple to match (leaving the proper sized hole to fit a vent, finished sanding, and then applied 1 coat of poly, came back the next day and applied the second coat. He was prompt, informative, knowledgeable, and a hard worker. His price was very reasonable as well.
