Kathy Zeiler is a wonderful representative of the best in real estate agents. She has many years of experience and is a home owner and landlord of other properties. She listens carefully. She prepares well with the MLS search and can discuss her rationale. She works hard, is flexible and made herself available when we wanted to look at property. She has a great sense of humor and is extremely ethical. We decided against a move for reasons unrelated to the agency or to Kathy. She was extremely gracious to us after learning our decision despite having invested days of work for us. I would not hesitate to use her again and would not use anybody she could not recommend, should she not be available. When we do make a move she will be our listing agent!

What began as a realtor who was difficult to reach and always late for appointments, turned into misrepresentation of a contract that we were mislead into signing. First, Maureen failed to deliver a counter offer from potential buyers days after it was faxed to her. The buyers were forced to call us directly and inform us about the counter offer. They also let us know that they were unable to schedule an appointment to see our house because Maureen would not return their phone calls. Another offer from different buyers was delivered by Maureen around 10:00 p.m., hours after our scheduled appointment with her. Maureen did not tell us about any additions or changes other than the selling price. Through the closing process, my wife and I discovered that the offer contained a clause whereby we as the sellers were to include a home warranty at the cost to us of $399. Maureen claimed that she discussed it with us, which was absolutely not true.
