Superb. A 2d floor bath flooded the kitchen below. Mike was fantastic. Within hours they had removed the ceiling drywall...preventing water from migrating to other rooms w beamed ceilings etc.

We had to replace ceiling, which M Design leveled as well ( very old house). We added canned ceiling lghts. And mike pointed out other issues that were uncovered so we could fix....including an old cracked pipe that we replaced. Project also included paint, floor work, electrical and plumbing. Contractor was great...professional, trustworthy. Also helped work w my insurance company Really great job, a great company.

Mike and his team treated our home like their own. Very professional and always responsive.

It went as well as any project we have ever been involved with. This is no bull. Mike knows his stuff and he knows how to do it right. No short cuts. His sub contractors are all top notch. Really good guys and proud of their work. Our neighbors even commented how conscience the crew always seemed when they arrived and made noise, they were always conscience of time and decibels, how they conducted themselves when they were making the deck outside, and how they cleaned up the job each night. Another key is the great ideas that mike has. Example....in the kitchen we had a 3 step folding ladder. Heavy as h***. Too heavy for my wife to lift and use. I asked him if he had any ideas as to how we could make a functional ladder that would sit on top of the granite counter top, be stable and look nice. He had made this work of art that matches the wood and fixtures of all our cabinets in the kitchen. It is so beautiful, we have a special wall in the kitchen where it hangs for all to see.......... it is this kind of attention to detail and true ownership of the project that has us so happy with Mike's work.

Mike did a fantastic job on this kitchen remodel. He is smart, efficient has a good sense of style, and was meticulous in carrying out everything he said he would. He adapted well to the surprises this old kitchen offered and guided us through all aspects of the project. You can't go wrong with Mike. He's a consummate professional.

Perfect. Professional interaction. Quick, accurate quote. Helpful, patient and responsive to insurance company on processing claim. Work was performed on time and schedule, good assessment and adjustment during the work, excellent quality, no clean-up required. Like it never happened. Established, trustworthy business - had no problem leaving them a lockbox for access to the house while we were not there and work simply got done in the background. Great experience.

Mike was very responsive from the start and had great communication. His estimate was higher than another remodeler, but I was more impressed with his professionalism and communication. He scheduled the work quickly and it was complete in under a week. He was there at every step of the process and called me several times just to keep in touch and let me know how things were going. The finished product looks absolutely wonderful...we are very impressed.

The job went well. Mike's choice of architect to help layout new cabinets and lighting was excellent and all of his subs performed well. Everyone was courteous, professional, conscientious. The job was complex in that there were many steps and work-around and there were many decisions required in the field (no design or construct is perfect) but Mike was there the entire time and hand managed everything. He called every week or more at each milestone to make sure we knew what was going on and to elicit feedback. His communication was excellent. His attention to detail was outstanding.
