Dun-Rite of Wausau Inc

Dun rite will happily tell you what you want to hear and is always ready to take your money. When it comes for the work to be done they will be absent. Messages and phone calls will be unanswered and not returned. In winter of 2023 we signed a contract for work to be done in late spring/early summer of 2024. Deposit was paid. As of mid August 2024 dun rite will not even attempt to give a timeline anymore. They have broken multiple promises and timelines, I recently extended an option for the contract to be rescinded and a refund given, they continue to be unresponsive. If you are terribly desperate you can try and use dun rite, but triple check any and all details of the contract.

My window installer was the best , he worked nonstop and did an excellent job.. His name is Gail or Gale ( don't know how it's spelled).
The roofers did a good job, but took too many breaks for smoking and just standing around.
Heat tape and wrap on the storage barn still needs to be done.

We can't really think of anything negative about the job. The salesman did a good job explaining the options. They were prompt and did very professional work. They were good about not dragging a lot of dirt into the house while working and cleaning up when finished around the outside. We have one large bow window in front with stone work around the outside. I think they had a little harder time with installation than expected but there were no complaints and they did a good job.
After going through a winter with the new windows, I think we should have bought triple glazed instead of double glazed but I can't fault the saleman for that decision. He gave us the pricing and we made the choice.

Overall the job was done properly. They did not make a very good first impression with the scheduling and estimation process. I may shop around a bit more before doing future roofing work.
