+ -1 moreHe came in the house and we told him what was wrong and he checked everything out, figured out the problem, fixed and then he left., he was professional and knew what he was doing.
Description of Work: We were having trouble with our internet, we called and they were out in a few hours. I'm not sure what he did, but what ever it was, they fixed it.
