We purchased two rather long window shades in 2010. After 2+ years of use, the valet cord broke on Monday. (This was not totally unexpected as we were advised at time of purchase this may happen after time due to the length and weight of the one piece.) We called Schneider Window Covering on Monday and by Wednesday morning 9 am the gentleman (I'm sorry I didn't write down his name) was here and fixed it in 10 minutes - at no charge. From all of our dealings with Schneider, staff has been professional, punctual, courteous, responsive and all around pleasant to deal with. They stand by their products. And their products are well worth the money!
