masonry, chimney repair
+ 0 moreAt first it took a long time to get anyone to come out. I had to call three times. The son, Tim, came out to look at my chimney and didn’t even bring a ladder. I went to their office and spoke with a few other people too. I described the situation and one of the other guys that works there said that what Tim proposed couldn’t be done because of the kind of chimney I have and that tar had been used. After this, an argument ensued and they were very unprofessional. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.
Description of Work: I called them to get an estimate on my chimney work.
