Installation went well. Left behind some extra piping I didnt need or want lying around. Did NOT leave house/yard as was before! Left dog fence gate open!

It wasn't an easy fix. The machine is only 2 years old, yet out of warranty. The professionalism of everyone involved with AC Doc was exceptional. It took time to get a part, then it still didn't work, they took the machine to the shop and brought me a loaner. I love shopping and hiring local, not from the big box stores. My complaint is not with AC Doc it is with Maytag.

I was hesitant about converting to NG, but when one replaces a water heater, it's decision time. I worked with Brent to get an estimate and decided to move ahead. He made all the arrangements with Excel Energy and handled all the installation and conversions. He removed the old water heater and fully tested all units converted.
