A-1 ADVANCED PUMPING SVC INC

I have had A1 Pumping pump my septic tank several times, as it is mandated by the county's health department every 3 years. The first time was in an emergent situation: My septic drain field had frozen during a prolonged series of -20*F days, with sewage backing up into my home! A1 was there within hours, and everything went smoothly -after building a campfire over the septic tank to thaw the ground enough to dig down to the tank lid! I just can't say enough about the level of service. Septic tank pumping is not a particularly glamorous job, but the guys who have come with the trucks have been polite, professional and cheerful. And let me tell you, they seemed like heroes to me when sewage was backing up through my floor drain! The office staff has been wonderful as well, helping with the required county paperwork when I had just moved in and was unaware of the process. I have never called anyone else, and provided they keep the standard which they currently set, I never intend to.
