VERY PROMPT. I CALLED AND WITHIN THE HOUR A SERVICE TECHNICIAN WAS HERE. HE CORRECTLY DIAGNOSED THE PROBLEM AND WAS ABLE TO HAVE IT FIXED WITHIN THE HOUR. THAT HELPS WHEN IT IS ALMOST 80 DEGREES OUTSIDE.
