SEEMED TO FORGET THAT THE PRODUCT WAS AVAILABLE TO BE INSTALLED. I NEEDED TO FOLLOW UP ON INSTALLATION DATE. ALSO TOOK LONGER TO INSTALL THAN INITIALLY PROMISED IN SALES MEETING BUT THAT WAS NOT A PROBLEM FOR ME. QUALITY PRODUCT AT A FAIR PRICE, JUST NEEDED A LITTLE HELP IN COMPLETING THE INSTALL.

WE DEALT WITH LEO. SINCE DECEMBER WEVE PURCHASED VINYL FLOORING, CERAMIC TILE, AND CARPETING FROM HIM. THE INSTALLATION IS ALWAYS DONE ON TIME AND LOOKS VERY GOOD.
