Better Business Bureau member. Victory Painting has 3 full time and 2 part time employees who can either work as a crew on larger jobs or work independantly on smaller jobs. Customers are typically given a proposal for the work they want done. When approved, Victory Painting collects a down payment on the first day that the work starts. Usually agreed upon between both parties in the proposal. The final balance is paid on the completion day of the job. Customers will receive an invoice. Any extra work that is requested by the customer must be put in writing and signed by the customer.
