On this particular occasion Scott went above and beyond when Kohler first failed to deliver the needed parts for two weeks and then when the parts arrived, they were the wrong parts. Knowing that we had been without water in the kitchen for two weeks, Scott took it upon himself to find and get the needed parts so that we could have a functional kitchen.
