I have had him out numerous times and he is an excellent plumber. I really like him. He is fair and he's professional. Whenever I have a plumbing problem, I call him out.

He came out quickly to look at the work area and provide a quote. Also was very good about considering my desired project timeline and accommodating me. Work looks to be very good quality.

Wonderful. He is always on time, gives fair quotes, and is honest and upfront with you and willing to answer any and all questions.

Russ was exceptionally punctual and friendly. He was able to not only install a new outside faucet, but moved it to a much more accessible location. His rates are very fair, too. I will, without question, use him again.

On Sunday, July 3rd, I called to schedule an appointment. He called back the same day to set something up for the 5th. I was impressed since it was a holiday weekend and a Sunday. He came first thing Tuesday morning to replace the water heater. He was very nice and efficient.

I contact River Bend via phone on 6/23 around 3:45 pm and explained my situation. He knew right away what the problem was, most likely. Told me that he could stop by in the morning and take a look. He told me 7:30, he was at my door at 7:20 the morning of 6/24. He looked at the issue, replaced the element and was done. He also noticed that I had some leakage from the furnace. Told my husband that it looked like a clogged hose. Changed that out for us at no charge! Amazing!! Was in and out of the house in 30 minutes!!
I will most likely use River Bend again in the future when switching out the pipes in the bathroom as well as adding a garbage disposal. Very happy with the service and Russ was super nice!!

Called on a Sunday and got a call back in two hours with a rough quote even though I stated it was not an emergency.  After checking with a few other local plumbers (all were roughly the same cost), decided to go with River Bend based on the other reviews.
Russ called early Monday morning and arrived before 9.  The old water heater was out and the new one in place in less than two hours.  He did a good job minimizing the amount of water and rust / sediment that got on the basement floor and kept it from being tracked through the house as the old water heater was wheeled away.  He also took the time to explain all the features of the new water heater.

he showed up within two days of placing the call even though it was not an emergency. It took only about two hours to complete the job. I had purchased the sink and faucet myself but he did provide two shut off valves and the PVC piping and two traps. Russ the plumber is the owner of the company so you're not dealing with any middlemen when placing the call for help. Very professional and fast.

Called the Russ a couple times with questions Monday morning.  He was very professional and answered my many questions.  After calling around a bit for different pricing, I decided to go with Riverbend Plumbing.  Russ was able to schedule the installation a couple hours after I called.  He showed up on time and performed the work in a professional manner.  He thoroughly explained what he did and what to expect.  Would definitely call for any future plumbing needs.

They were fine, no complaints. How much can you say? Plumbers have to abide by a code. If they do the job wrong they are not doing it by code then. If they don't do the job right, it is not going to work. He did the job right.

He arrived on time and went right to work. He was very pleasant and worked quickly and finished in a timely matter. He cleaned up after himself. It has been about 4 weeks and we have not had an leaks. Very happy. Would recommend.

We have used riverbend plumbing twice now.  The first time was for replacing the gas valve on a water heater, and the second time was to install a new kitchen faucet that was rather tricky to get to due to the kitchen/sink layout.  He showed up on time, and was quick and efficient about the work.  He discovered this was our first home that had well water (we had just moved) and took the time to show us a few ins and outs of our plumbing and things to watch for with our well system.  Would definitely recommend this plumber to anyone.  He's quick, efficient, and competitively priced.

We needed the gas control valve replaced on our water heater. I did a google search, and found River Bend Plumbing. A phone call and he arrived the same day. He even fixed a problem with the fitting, which may have been cause of the premature failure of the first gas control valve. His service was great, professional, and the price was just right. Would absolutely recommend!

Russ was hired to do the plumbing work for our kitchen remodel project. He moved the plumbing for our kitchen sink to the island, added a dishwasher hookup and put in a gas line for our new gas range. His expertise saved us money by giving us valuable suggestions and overall we are very pleased with the outcome of the project.

River Bend Plumbing LLC did a great job. It was a fair price. They were punctual and friendly.

Received phone call from my Mom that sewage was backing up from the floor drain in her home. Search Angie's List and contacted River Bend Plumbing based on the positive reviews. Since it was after hours I left a message and was pleasantly surpirsed that I received a return call in under 5 minutes. We made arrangments for evaluation and repair the next day.
He exceeded my expectations with respect to contacting my Mom and sharing when he would arrive to fix the problem. Per my Mom he was very courteous and accomodating. He contacted me on my cell phone after completion of the work and shared recommendations on preventing clogging of the main sewer drain from the house.
One week after the work drains are working wonderfully.
Responsiveness, kindness and a very reasonable cost will result in me calling River Bend Plumbing for future projects or emergent repairs.

Russ came over and did the work the same day. Project involved cutting a hole in a wall to access the shower mixer. Work was neat and well done. Besides being a good, knowledgeable plumber, he is a good person.

He was prompt and professional and the work was completed to my satisfaction.

Russ did a fantastic job! My home has issues when it comes to working on anything. No problem stymied him. Russ completed the job under the estimated time. It was a clean, professional job. He cleaned up afterward. He didn't leave until he was satisfied that we were satisfied. I wouldn't hesitate to use him again or recommend him to my closest friends ( even my mother-in-law).

I did my research on Angie's List and decided that River Bend Plumbing would be our best fit. I talked to Russ over the phone and he stopped out that afternoon to check out the water heater. He provided us a quote for replacement + disposal, including the new fittings which would be needed. I found his price to be on par with the other quotes I received.

Two days later Russ came over and replaced the water heater (AO Smith) in under 2 hours. He also checked out our water softener which we inherited with our house 4 years prior. The installation went well. Everything was clean, no messes or scraps laying around.

That afternoon, we had a problem with the flame going out, so I called Russ to check it out. He was over the next morning and fixed the issue. The water heater has been running for a week without further issue. Russ was professional and prompt with his service. It's good to see the owner take such pride in the work he did. I'll be using him again if I have other plumbing needs.
