Landscaping
Retaining wall looks good, but he never finished the job. After he installed the retaining wall, we asked that he go one level higher. He was going to do that and come back and put the end caps in. Unfortunately we paid him for the full job, and he never came back to install the additional layer or put the end caps on that he was already paid for. I called and left several messages for him. He kept telling me that he was going to come out and finish the job, but never did. I would recommend that anyone using him wait until the end of the job to pay him.
