Carpet Cleaning
We're talking of 3,000 square foot condo. They had to get rid of animal stains, urine stains that were in the wood. They took off the carpet, they actually put osme incredible sutff on that sips in to the boards that we had to let sit for awhile so it would come out of there.

Carpet Cleaning
Kettle Moraine does a terrific job cleaning the carpets. However, be warned they are not always punctual. The first time we used the, the cleaner did call to warn he would be late. The second time, the cleaner showed up 90 minutes late without an apology. When I tried calling the company, prior to his arrival, to see what was going on there was no answer. The company does a great job cleaning, but punctuality is not their specialty.

Everything was fine. I would use them again. They got some stains out and had everything nice and fluffed up.
