 + -1 moreJIM HAD US SPEC ALL OF THE ITEMS BEFORE HE MADE A FINAL PROPOSAL. ALL COSTS WERE FIXED SO WE DIDN''T HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT LOW BALL ALLOWANCES AND LOST OF ADDERS.

HE IS EXCELLENT AT COMMUNICATING WITH CLIENTS, EVEN THOUGH HE IS BUSY AT JOB SITES MOST OF THE DAY -- A WELCOME RELIEF FROM THOSE CONTRACTORS WHO DON''T RETURN CALLS!
