JIM HAD US SPEC ALL OF THE ITEMS BEFORE HE MADE A FINAL PROPOSAL. ALL COSTS WERE FIXED SO WE DIDN''T HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT LOW BALL ALLOWANCES AND LOST OF ADDERS.
