I have been in business for 8 years and have grown my business by referrals. People who are pleased with their job recommend me to their friends and associates. I work alone for the most part but'also have several contractors available to help me if needed. If requested, I will provide a proposal for your job. On large jobs, I ask for 1/3 upon signing the contract, 1/3 when half of the job is completed and the balance when the job is completed to my customer's approval.
