INTERSTATE SAWING CO INC

I submitted a request for a quote to Interstate Sawing and they responded with an estimate within the day, which was very impressive. Their estimate was one of the most affordable I received, so we agreed to have them come out later that week. They arrived on time and did a good job understanding the task I wanted done (I had an existing driveway the had settled below the mountable curb, and wanted the top trimmed off the curb and the angle fixed so that there wasn't a large bump when entering the driveway). They cut the 26 feet of curb in about an hour, and the quality of work was very good. They got the angle down perfectly, smoothed the cut, and hauled away the scrap.

THE DRIVEWAY CURB CUT WAS COMPLETED WITH GOOD PRECISION AND WOULD HAVE BEEN COMPLETELY ACCEPTABLE EXCEPT THAT THE OPERATOR REMOVED HEAVY STONE ON THE DRIVEWAY APRON THAT WAS NEEDED FOR CONTINUNING CONSTRUCTION WORK. THE HEAVY STONE WAS EITHER TAKEN OR MOVED TO ANOTHER PART OF THE DRIVE LEAVING US WITH JUST A MUDDY APRON OVER WHICH THE CONSTRUCTION WORKERS CONTINUED TO DRIVE. I ONLY DEGRADED MY RATING ON THE COMPANY'S RESPONSIVENESS DUE TO THE 3 FOLLOW UP PHONE CALLS THAT WERE NECESSARY TO GET THE STONE ON THE DRIVEWAY APRON REPLACED. WHEN IT WAS FINALLY COMPLETED, THE WORK WAS DEEMED ACCEPTABLE. THE COURTESY OF BOTH THE MANAGEMENT AND THE WORKER WAS EXCELLENT DESPITE THE PROBLEM.
