Haas Construction

We were extremely satisfied with all of the work. We were always keep aware of everything, as the work progressed. We always had a say as to how things progressed. All of the materials used were top shelf. The class of the work done was excellent. All of the work was done in a very timely manner.
   We were very pleased with Haas Construction and would advise everyone to use them.

My grandparents chimney was badley damaged. The house was approx 40 years old, and the chimeny had begun to fall off the house, which could have led to a major disaster. Randy came over, provided a good estimate, and upon further inspection, found the original construction to be not up to code. The original contractor had dumped all left over stone, flatrock, brick and cinder blocks down the chimeny around the flue. This caused it to pull away from the home and damage the flue itself which could have started a major house fire had they used the fireplace. Randy outperformed his scope of work to make sure the fireplace was useable and safe for my grandparents. He went above and beyond doing a great job to ensure the repairs were done the right way, safe, and built to last. My entire family was extremely grateful for the work, time and effort put into the repairs. I would recommend Randy Haas and Haas Construction for anyone looking for an affordable solution to their home repairs and construction/remodeling needs. The customer service he provided was simply top notch. Great to work with, very friendly, honest and hard working. Overall I would rate the experience and quality of service as excellent. They did a great job of working around my schedule limiting the inconveniencing that comes with remodeling. I can't say enough about their ability and creativeness to blend the new work with the existing floor layout. Schedules were always well managed and very flexible, working around my daily activities. I went into this project knowing only one thing - I needed to get rid of the old carpet and wanted to replace it with a hardwood floor. I was amazed at all the various woods, styles and options that were available. Haas Construction certainly made this decision a lot easier. They evaluated my current layout and provided numerous samples and design alternatives making the decision a whole lot easier. The end result BEAUTIFUL ! - I am not saying that everything went perfect. Like any construction project there were some problems. The walls - not so square - the floor not even close to level, but every issue that came up was addressed very professionally with options, costs and alternatives. I would highly recommend Haas Construction - creative, professional and most of all when the work is done, you'll enjoy the quality of workmanship !
