We were first time home buyers and seeked out help from Emmer Real Estate to find are first home. Gayle the sales manager was great in getting us the most up-to-date listings. She scheduled our first showing with Scott Pinzer at the houses we werd most interested in. Scott was good in the beginning of our search in getting us showings that worked with my wife and I's schedule. We submitted an offer on a first house and that is where things started going downhill. The house had major issues and we were almost stuck with it if it wasn't for our mortgage broker. Once out of it we decided to give Scott another chance. We found our dream home and made an offer on it. We went back and forth with homeowner on price and it didn't meet the appraisal value. I reached out to him on a Thursday with no response till Tuesday when my mortgage broker helped us and the selling agent come to an agreement. I am in sales and I try my best to give my customers the best information on making the right choice. Scott fell short horribly by not educating us on what we should offer to comparables in the area.
