SERVICE PERFORMED ON TUES AM, SPENT 1 HR. ON WED PM CALLED THEM BACK AS FURNACE WAS NOT HEATING TO TEMP. SET ON THERMOSTAT. THEY CAME BACK WED EARLY EVENING SPENT APPROX 45MIN EVALUATING THE PROBLEM. SAID A PART WAS NEEDED THAT WOULD NOT BE AVAILABLE TIL THURSDAY. SHOWED US HOW TO MANUALLY RESET FURNACE IF IT GOT TOO COLD. THURSDAY AFTERNOON SHOWED UP WITH REPLACEMENT PART, SPENT 30 MINUTES NO BILL OTHER THAN FOR MAINTENANCE DONE ON TUESDAY. $65 FOR MAINTENANCE, $17 FOR TRIP CHARGE, $28 FOR FILTER.
