Lots of promised and excuses and no product. A down payment was given in fall of 2019, color and pattern was selected and the goal was to install that fall. An abnormal amount of rain prevented this from happening and we were promised it would be done in the spring. COVID did influence this but by June lanscapers were up and running but no curbing. We were told they don't do a lot of projects on the south side (not my issue) but would get there when they had another job in the area. By August- still no curbing. We were promised a call in September to schedule and it is now October. I expected more as repeat customers. Not sure if we will ever get curbing or our downpayment back.

First, I would say the initial work and subsequent move of some of the edging due to a property line error on my part, was excellent. The guys all worked very hard to do the work and it looks great. The problem I have is that I have one heave (from a tree root) and one 1-1/2 inch gap that I need fixed and it's been almost 3 years now and they haven't been out to fix it. Nick says he will come by when he is in the area and is doing the same color, but it hasn't happened. I know they are very busy, so I asked if he could tell me where I could get the mix and do it myself and he keeps saying he will be out. Now he has gone quiet (have sent several messages) and I really have no recourse with my warranty expiring this year. Again, great work, just need the warranty work completed.

We were tired of mowing and edging around our mulchbeds that either had no border or cheap plastic ones. We contemplated installing our own concrete block borders. However, considering the time, expense, and effort involved, we investigated the prospect of having the job professionally done.
We saw an advertisement for Creative Curbz in a local mailer and figured it wouldn't hurt to get an estimate. We arranged with Nick to come out and meet with us for an estimate. He arrived promptly and gave us an estimate for the job that we were comfortable with. Then, as soon as the weather permitted, his crew completed the job. We were thrilled with the results.
The borders are continuous (no gaps for weeds to grow through) and just the right color and style we picked to suit our tastes. We recommend that anyone interested in this type of application visit Creative Curbz website and contact Nick.

Beautiful work. Came out once to check on the old edging that was in place to get a rough idea of what was needed. Then again to make sure of what he was going to was what I wanted. Recommended a color that would compliment the house. Returned all calls quickly. Very professional, and left no mess for me to clean up.

I called another company a couple of times and never heard from them before calling Creative Curbz. When I called Creative Curbz they called me back the same day. I told the person who came out, Nick that I wanted a curb along the side of the driveway. He gave me an estimate and told me he would be back out in a couple of weeks. Nick was thorough in explaining what would happen. I was impressed with Nick's professionalism,timeliness and patience in answering all of my questions. I also appreciated that fact that he told me not only the positives but also the potential negatives.

Absolutely AWESOME! I was so frustrated with all the borders that I had purchased and attempted to install on my own. The Grass continually grew through. Nick and his crew poured over 500 feet of this in less than a day. Very Professional!! Other than the beautiful colored curbing there was no evidence that anything was done in my yard. No clean up on my part! It looks fabulous and I really thought the price was very fair. Now I can contain my grass where it belongs and my gardens where they belong. LOVE IT,

Nick came over and gave us an estimate. He helped us pick out the color and design of our curbing. He was very professional and polite. His staff did a great job on our curbing and completed the job in the time frame they promised. They came back to collect payment and wanted to make sure that we were pleased with the job that was done. We love our new curbing. Thank you Nick!

They were fantastic and it went well because they were punctual, they were quick and the product was excellent. I would use them again that's for sure.

They showed up quickly on the initial call. Samples of design and colors were available. Measured the job and quoted on the spot. Gave a $200 deposit and was told it would be about 5 weeks. After a couple of calls he completed the work about 8 weeks after the first visit.I flagged the sprinkler heads and there was no problem. Did manage to cut the Time Warner Cable, and that took 3 days for TM to show up for repair. It had been marked by a prior contractor, but had started to fade, so I could see where it could be missed. I suggest you call the diggers hotline before doing this work, although he needs to give you a better idea of timing as it would have been long gone in 8 weeks.'The quality of work was excellent, and he finished in a day. Full clean up.I would fully recommend them.

Mr. Nick gave us the estimate and he stayed within the estimate. The job was done perfectly well. They came out and they did what they said they were going to do. They also did the alterations that we had decided on. They cleaned up pretty well. We had to spend a lot of time cleaning up some of the leftover concrete but it was the part of the deal. It was sort of expected. We are happy with their job and the results. They were punctual.
